They started building the Time Warner Center around the time we moved
to New York in 2001. It was still called AOL Time Warner back then and
the two towers would have been a nice skyline counterpoint to the Twin
Towers downtown.

There are several sail boats that cruise around the tip of Manhattan.
One of them is the historic schooner Pioneer operated by the South
